Online Watch Grey's Anatomy Full Episode Watch Stream HD Video on Internet TV.Meredith's (Ellen Pompeo), along with interns Cristina Yang, Izzie Stevens, George O'Malley and Alex Karev's, medical world revolved around textbooks and professors yesterday, but today they are experiencing medicine first-hand as surgical interns at Seattle Grace Hospital, a teaching hospital with one of the toughest residency programs in the nation. Here, they must learn to balance their personal lives with their highly competitive professional lives, all while dealing with the daily stress of life and death situations. Together they're discovering that neither medicine nor relationships can be defined in black and white. Real life only comes in shades of grey.Aware that Derek might never operate again, Meredith stops talking about the surgeries she's performing. Meanwhile, Richard calls on Dr. Catherine Avery to help him perform a complicated procedure, as things continue to heat up between Jackson and April; and Arizona's struggle to accept her fate forces Callie and Alex to face their guilt.

In the premiere episode, we saw another Seattle Grace surgeon succumb to his injuries from the staff's plane crash into the mountains, and that's not the only bit of drama to hit "Grey's Anatomy" fans watching on Sept. 27.

"Dying changes everything," Meredith opened the show by stating. "The world just keeps on going...without you."

In the premiere, we saw a whole load of new interns and residents now at the hospital, and Meredith as the new Bailey-like Nazi, nicknamed "Medusa." Cristina is away working in Minnesota while Karev is heading to Johns Hopkins. Bailey was suspiciously happy and Sloan was laying on life support. However, eventually his severe injuries get the best of him and he died.

The whole hospital is devastated by his death and Callie gets hit very hard with it, thinking that she was somehow responsive for Sloan's demise for not making him open his eyes. Derek was just as torn up, if not more.

Other highlights include Bailey continuing her torrid romance with Dr. Ben Warren and Cristina's move to Minnesota, serving as an attending at her new hospital. She does not get along so well with her co-workers and viewers are left asking, when will she return to Seattle Grace?

Chief Hunt tells Kepner he wants her back at the hospital and that she needs to give up her days working on her family farm."Nothing is the same over there. It's all...I keep trying to think of ways I could have done things differently. I keep looking for the do-overs. I should never have taken your job from you," he says. "You don't belong out here on a farm. You belong in Seattle, saving lives. Now come home!"

Arizona survives the plane crash, but she is missing one leg. She goes into a state of depression, which Callie tries to get her out of.

Despite the huge potential this season has to develop a deep plot and further analyse some of the old characters, they kept everything the same: Karev sleeping with everything that walks, Yang being the arrogant cardio surgeon, Meredith's boring relationship with Derek...

The lack of suspense and any interesting development in the plot is already visible in the very first episode; with the disappointing plot of the premiere episode itself and the fact that Shonda decided to reverse the airings of the first two episodes. The only thing I'm looking forward to are the new interns and April's comeback. What this show needs right now is a repeat of 6th season's mass murder, lots of characters need to go.

Nothing gets better than this. Leaving work early every Sunday night to see what's up with 9PM block on ABC in HAWAII. Love to be on that edge, wondering if she is going to have her McDreamy. It makes the suspense so intense! Grey and Shepard are a wonderful duo. The cast in the show are so awesome. Remembering Patrick Dempsey in "Can't Buy Me Love" and now a very mature individual who achieved so much to get where he's at now. Ellen Pompeo as a very fresh face in the Primetime Segment, and many other characters as well.
