I was very worried that they both might have gotten drunk enough at Naomi and Max’s reception to attempt conception the old-fashioned way, but Teddy is really, really gay, and I like that so much better.
As for the reception, Naomi decided to throw a conservative party to show Max’s investors that she isn’t going to be a disruptive force in his life. Of course, in doing so she almost drove away his two biggest clients, but it all worked out in the end. I still say Max’s BFF is out for her blood; he just knows now that all he has to do is set the bad situations up and Naomi will fall into them every time.
Speaking of falling, Dixon’s pride kept him from letting Annie help him with his physical therapy and it ended well with him lying on the floor at the reception, unable to get up.
But at least Annie has a potential new bed-buddy in the sarcastic jerk she and Dixon met at PT. He might not be able to do much between the sheets, but at least he’s not A) paying her or B) married to God.
Dixon is also paranoid (rightfully so) about Adrianna, as she’s totally freaked out now that her Vegas hook-up is in town, partnering up with her friends on business ventures. I’m so sorry and I mean nothing bad towards the actor, but I really think the better storyline would have been Dixon dying in that accident, and everyone having to deal with the fall-out.
Sure, it's no award worth of winning show, but what type of show with teens ever does? Just look at One Tree Hill and The O.C, both are based around teens with the occaisonal adult and it's not like either of them have awards coming out their back sides.
Yeah, it's acting isn't amazing, but seriously what did you expect? I can't think of a similar show with better acting. Again, referring to other teen dramas: One Tree Hill and The. O.C, neither of them have good acting. Shows like this are like temporary soap operas and there isn't any decent actors in any of them! Why is that?
Because it's so god damn unrealistic. 90210 is unrealistic, which is why you may consider the acting bad. A situation you've never thought of happening jumps out at you and you have no idea how the characters or yourself should react.
Okay, it's a remake, so what? It may be a remake type spin off show to the 1990's 90210, but it is still a different show. If you don't compare it to it's predecessor then it makes the show much more enjoyable. I'd say the remake is better anyway, it's just more up to date. I know I wouldn't be able to enjoy that out of date BH90210.
