The fourth season had the highest ratings in the show's history, lead episode "Go with the Flo" starring Florina Flo Kaja, becoming its "breakthrough season".
There have been three spin-offs of The Bad Girls Club. One of them, Love Games: Bad Girls Need Love Too, where past cast members seek true love, has gained high ratings. Oxygen has also released a mobile game, comic strip and merchandise to promote the show.
Of the 89 contestants, Kerry Harvick (of season one) was a successful country singer before the show.[5] Tanisha Thomas (of season two) later hosted Oxygen's OxygenLive! and the subsequent seasons of Love Games: Bad Girls Need Love Too. Thomas, who has been dubbed the "godmother" to all contestants,[6] has her own television documentary entitled Tanisha Gets Married.
As of Season 8 she's been the host of the reunion specials.
I loved this series and was hooked on the depth of the characters and insight Lena allowed the viewers to share in the hopeless truth of life (and being smacked about by it). I sat up and watched each episode carefully. I then downloaded Tiny Furniture.
I love how each character is raw and how each episode links the basis for each characters reasoning to their behavior. It is a very real and funny series that I am so glad I searched and found.
I do not want to spoil it for other viewers, but I have to make at least 10 sentences to submit this review which I really wanted to write considering i was so moved by the series. At times you won't be able to look at the screen, (thanks Adam) but you will want to watch more, Bring on series 2
